Pisgah is the official brewery of Blind Pig, the underground supper club that’s hit Asheville with chef-prepared theme dinners featuring everything from beaver (nutria, actually) to food truck eats.

This new craft beer showcases products from three local artisan food producers: Bacon from Benton’s Smoky Mountain Country Hams in Madisonville, Tn., sorghum molasses from Double Tree Farms of Marshall, and malt from Riverbend Malt House of Asheville.

Called Benton’s Bacon ‘Snout,’ the beer debuts in Novemeber as a tie-in with ‘Preserve,’ Blind Pig’s film project, dinner and charity event. Benton’s Bacon Snout will be available in select locations TBA.
