Ashvegas celebrity spotting: Josh Brolin at Luella’s Bar-B-Que in North Asheville

Film star Josh Brolin was spotted lunching at Luella’s Bar-B-Que in North Asheville this afternoon by my friend and loyal reader Zach, who sent in this awesome. (That’s Zach at left and Josh at center.) Zach told me that Brolin could not have been more gracious when approached.

Last month, filmmakers announced an open-call audition for a boy to star in a movie titled Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter alongside Brolin and fellow actor/director Danny McBride. The movie is being shot this fall in Western North Carolina.
