Here’s the press release:

JB Media Group is moving to West Asheville. Justin Belleme, founder and director of Asheville’s premiere Internet marketing agency, JB Media Group, announced today that he’s purchased an office space for the company in the Village on Haywood, at 915 Haywood Rd., Unit 101.

The Village on Haywood is a mixed-use business and residential development on Haywood Road, between Mitchell Avenue and Blue Ridge Avenue. JB Media Group’s office will anchor one end of the Village, which is designed to be a vibrant community of businesses and neighborhood dwellings.

Construction inside the 1,550 square foot office space will begin over the next few weeks, with a plan to complete the interior by the end of the year. In January 2014, Belleme’s nine-person team will move into their new office, an airy space with large windows and abundant natural light. The interior will be highly customized for JB Media Group’s team and clients, with plans for stand-up desk spaces, a private conference room, and a kitchenette. The look and feel of the office will draw from a modern, industrial, and sustainable sensibility.

“We are a company of passionate locals, and we’re excited to add new energy to the West Asheville business community,” said Belleme.

Looking Back: From Mojo Coworking to West Asheville

Belleme started JB Media in 2011, specializing in all aspects of Internet Marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), content development and distribution, online PR, online advertising, and social media strategy. Past and present clients include The Grove Park Inn, The City of Asheville, Tupelo Honey Café, the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, Blue Ridge National Heritage Area, Smoky Mountain Host, and SylvanSport.

For the past year and a half, JB Media has operated out of Mojo Coworking in downtown Asheville, first at the original Wall Street location, where the fledgling team occupied four desks, and later in a private, custom-designed office space in Mojo Coworking’s new location on North Market Street.

“When we moved to our current location on North Market Street, we custom designed a private multi-office space for JB Media, which they promptly filled to capacity” said Craig McAnsh, owner of Mojo Coworking, and owner and director of Native Marketing.

It wasn’t long before JB Media Group added several new team members, and ended up outgrowing their office space at Mojo.

“Over the past three years, I have seen Justin’s business savvy grow in lockstep with his client base,” said McAnsh. “Mojo Coworking is super excited and proud to have served the “incubation” phase of JB Media Group, and we couldn’t be happier to watch yet another successful small business graduate into their own office space,” he said.
Room for JB Media Group and the JB Media Institute

In addition to JB Media Group, the new office will also host classes for the JB Media Institute, Bellame’s six-week intensive Internet marketing training program. The pilot program of the JB Media Institute was held this summer, to much acclaim, with Justin Belleme and JB Media’s Director of Training, Sarah Benoit, acting as lead teachers.

The Institute’s current session is being held at Mojo Coworking, and future Institute classes will be offered at the new JB Media Group office space in West Asheville. Classes will be capped, with early registration for future Institute sessions strongly encouraged, in order to guarantee a seat in the program.

The JB Media Institute serves a wide range of students, including marketing professionals, administrative staff, and entrepreneurs seeking clear tools, strategies, and tactics for online marketing
success.
