Asheville location of test preparation company Chyten is expanding

Hi Jason,

When we first opened a couple of years ago, you did a great article on our tutoring and test prep business, which is in the AAA Travel Center on Hendersonville Road in South Asheville.

Since that time, we have been helping students to excel in their classes and coursework, and also to attain standardized test scores (SAT and ACT) that help them to get into the colleges of their dreams. We have seen student gains of as many as 480 points on the SAT (2400 point scale), and 13 points on the ACT (36 point scale). We have been thrilled with our students’ progress, and even happier when they go from deciding which college they could get into, and are instead deciding which college is going to make the best scholarship offer.

We have been so happy with our location in South Asheville that we just signed a new lease, and will be expanding into the unit next door! This will add almost 1000 square feet to our center, and will give us five new private tutoring rooms, a mini-classroom, and a beautiful waiting area for parents and students.

Our expansion should be complete by late summer, and we’re scheduling all the work in such a way that it won’t interfere with any of our SAT or ACT private tutoring or classes. Thanks so much for helping us get the word out!
