Mr. Freeborn, thanks for your clarification.

I’m not suggesting anything. I just cross posted the video. Some people think it is a city infrastructure issue considering property owners are all paying into a "Storm Water Improvement" Fund, others think the GPI should fix this. I have no dog in this fight other than thinking it was a compelling video post to cross post.

if that water is from the rain a week or so ago, we don’t get rain like that too often and parts of merrimon had a foot of water on the road

Clearly this water is coming from the course at GPI … not all of it, but there is a substantial amount cascading down the "grassy knoll" that leads to a green.

Far too much to be considered normal.

Since the creek/stream has been there for centuries prior to the existence of the GPI, I hope Mr. Freeborn isn’t suggesting that the GPI is at fault here. It is a natural occurrence caused by a rain storm.

Yes, all land owners that live along the banks of a creek/stream/river can and should do their part to minimize erosion and runoff.
