You could enjoy an international film in honor of international thinking day! (feb 22. started by the girl scouts no less)
I would suggest:
Once Upon a Time in the West: A truly international film. An Italian director makes a movie about the american west filmed largely in spain! does that blow your mind??
Tampopo: A japanese classic where a wondering truck driver takes an apprentice and a widowed ramen shop owner on a journey for the world’s best noodles. It also has a certain Ken "Letters from Iwo Jima" Watanabe in his first big role.
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon: Its even better than you remember…and its also the film that opened up america to chinese cinema after decades of slim offerings.
