What ails McCants?

I’m starting to get worried about Rashad.

The media has been reporting that Rashed has been suffering from some sort of flu-like virus, or gastro-intestinal problem. But he’s been down with that now for more than a week. He didn’t start the second half of last week’s Clemson game, and he didn’t make the N.C. State game last night.

What’s going on? We need him, especially with Dook coming up. Here are his stats: 15.8 points per game; team high 50 3-pointers this season; and he’s shooting 49.1 percent from the field.

The AP says he’s been sick since Feb. 13. What gives?

Meantime, the McCants family rolls. Rashanda is a McDonald’s All-American and on her way to Chapel Hill next year.
