Underground Baking Co., the best darn bakery in Hendersonville, is moving. Carolina Epicurean reports:
Underground Baking Company will close their location at Sq 1 Bistro to the public at the end of this week. Matthew will continue baking bread there (for Sq 1′s use only) for about a month, so you’ll still be able to see him working. … They’re moving only a few blocks away. The new space (can’t announce the address because the deal is at handshake stage, with lease signing in the next day or so) will be big enough for a few tables and chairs and they’ll be expanding their offerings – just a bit at the beginning.
