If someone is sitting beside you in the passenger seat and reaches across you w/their right hand to cut your throat you would be cut on the left side.

I don’t think there was a box cutter. How does one get cut on the LEFT side of his body from a suspect to one’s right in a car (assuming the perp was right handed) with a box cutter before you could stop it?

Far more likely he was injured by a loose handcuff, it seems to me.

Not that the outcome is different, or should it be. It just seems like they are covering up the more they pump this box cutter dog.

Just my opinion. YMMV.
