I had a guy call into our chimney balloon tech support line a few weeks ago about chimney swift noise. I was able to help him out to get the bird noise baffled with a balloon but now i see why the noise could be an issue. They swarm chimneys! And it is against the law to move their nests or do anything to them i understand.
