The Peter Jennings era

NewsBlues says ABC has alerted some affiliates to be prepared for Peter Jennings’ death. We knew it must have been bad for Jennings since he stopped appearing on the nightly news and we haven’t heard a single peep about him or his condition. He was diagnosed with lung cancer earlier this year, as we know. The end must be near.
