Tattoo star Ami James to open shop in downtown Asheville

Star tattoo artist Ami James has confirmed that he’s planning to open up shop in downtown Asheville. From Ami James on Twitter in response to a direct question about his plans in town:

@BlogAsheville I have a space in downtown asheville . But that’s all the info I can say for now 🙂

James is co-owner of a tattoo shop in Miami Beach that is the subject of a reality TV show called Miami Ink that airs on the TLC channel. He moved to New York and the show NY Ink followed. More on James at wiki.
