CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Rev. Billy Graham appeared to be in good health as he made a rare public appearance in Charlotte Tuesday evening.
Graham attended a special rededication dinner, celebrating the reopening of the Billy Graham Library. The library has been closed for four months while undergoing renovations.
Graham did not speak, but waved to cameras as he was escorted into the dining hall at the headquarters of the Billy Graham Evangelical Association.
