Photo blog: ‘My Viewfinder’

I came across a photo blog called My Viewfinder blog, and thought I’d share. I love finding new bloggers out there. This is John Roberts:

I became interested in photography shortly after graduating from Louisiana Tech University in 1981, and I have been an avid amateur since then.

I learned photography using the 35mm format, but I now work exclusively with digital cameras and equipment. I have come to appreciate the additional creative options that the digital method of imaging offers, and I enjoy being able to control the entire process from initial exposure to finished print. Originally from the New Orleans area, my family and I moved to Haywood County, NC in 1999.

My photography focuses mainly on the scenic beauty of the Smoky Mountains region, and sometimes, portraits. I enjoy using my camera to explore the mountains, rivers, plant life, and historic buildings that make my adopted home unique.
