The Hendersonville Times-News has it:
The new AT&T Yellow Pages phone book that has recently been distributed is an excellent source for important numbers.
However, those who are looking for the district attorney’s victim witness assistance phone number may get a screeching, electronic noise followed by the recording: “The number you have been trying to reach has been disconnected,”
Not just that number, but all numbers to the state offices located in the Henderson County Courthouse have changed and the AT&T phone book does not reflect that.
Directory assistance, or 411, won’t even give the caller the correct number before yesterday.
…
The North Carolina state offices in the courthouse that include the Clerk of Superior Court, Court of Justice, district attorney, Guardian Ad Litem, magistrate and public defenders office changed their phone system last spring.
With that, the phone numbers changed. The clerk of courts office said they are working with AT&T to correct the numbers for callers who dial 411. One worker in the clerk of courts office said he hopes that will be fixed today.

One of the newly published phone books has some (or maybe even all) of the Buncombe County numbers incorrect as well. I don’t have it in front of me, so I’m not sure if it’s AT&T.
