Openings: Lowe’s and Dunkin

The new Walmart Lowe’s in Weaverville is set to open on May 22, according to the My Weaverville blog.

Meantime, it’s looking like May 26 will be the opening date for the new Dunkin’ Donuts on Smoky Park Highway. 

Any other new businesses opening up?

I hear there’s a comfort food restaurant going into the old Joli Rouge location. You got anything on that?

I heard the Walmart will be opening on or around June 17. Noticed there’s a Barnes & Noble going in at Biltmore Park, but that may be old news. I’ve never been down there before until this past weekend for Star Trek and I saw it while eating at Brixx. (I think I got all my plugs in)
