Asheville police have arrested and charged two men with a string of robberies that terrified Wachovia bank customers using this Hendersonville Road ATM and actually made this location the most dangerous spot in Asheville for a time earlier this year. The place got hit four times in a short span.
Good, old-fashioned police work led to the arrests. Nice work by the Asheville Police Department to make this case.

We just noticed the other day that Wachovia has put up a huge security fence around the back of the building so running out of the woods, mugging, and running back into the woods (the M.O., as I understand) is no longer an option.
