I am excited to announce Asheville’s Steel-Pannist Jonathan Scales Fourchestra’s release of a new album, “Character Farm & Other Short Stories”. The album features guest appearances by Jeff Coffin (of Dave Matthews Band/Bela Fleck & the Flecktones), Yonrico Scott & Kofi Burbridge (of Derek Trucks Band), and fiddle virtuoso Casey Driessen.
The Fourchestra will be hosting their album release party at the Emerald Lounge on Friday, April 1st. Casey Driessen will be opening the show!
Jonathan Scales has also been busy creating a NEW Music Video for the song “Muddy Vishnu” from the album which is available to watch on the brand new website www.jonscales.com. The album will soon be available for pre-sale through the website in a variety of options though April 1st. Scales’ also got a lot of fun new merch including a glossy 19 x 13 poster depicting the custom designed comic book graphics illustrating each song with artwork by Gregory Keyzer. Definitely check it out on the website and I’ve attached a low res version as well.
