Grove Park Inn, Inn on Biltmore, Richmond Hill Inn all honored

This story says Southern Living Magazine has honored the Grove Park Inn:

The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa has been honored by Southern Living Magazine as the 2007 Readers Choice for Best Resort/Hotel. In addition, the historic Inn also received a second place recognition for Best Country Inns/Bed and Breakfasts. The votes were tallied from over 47,000 ballots, across 15 various categories, as readers of the popular publication weighed in on the best places to eat shop and stay across the region.

And the News and Observer says the Inn on Biltmore and Richmond Hill Inn get four stars:

The Mobil Travel Guide’s ratings have come out with several North Carolina restaurants and hotels among them: The state’s sole five-star rating went to Fearrington House Country Inn in Pittsboro.

Four star hotels: The Umstead Hotel and Spa, Cary; The Carolina Hotel, Pinehurst; The Ballantyne Resort and Spa, Charlotte; The Inn on Biltmore Estate, Asheville; Richmond Hill Inn, Asheville.

Four-star restaurants: Herons at The Umstead Hotel, Cary; Carolina Crossroads in The Carolina Inn, Chapel Hill; Fearrington Inn Restaurant, Pittsboro; Gallery Restaurant and Bar, Charlotte.
