Fox Hill Meadery sounds delish

Share

I just heard about the Fox Hill Meadery. It looks like it’s based in Marshall, out in Madison County.

Here’s more:

Traditional Mead is made from multiple honey varieties and is aged with oak. The resulting mead is wonderfully complex! The alcohol content is 13 percent and the mead is semi-sweet. We recommend the mead to be served at cellar temperature (around 50 to 60 degrees F).

Cool. Anybody checked out the meadery?

I’ve had this mead before, and it is great! The blackberry honey wine is my favorite.

Heard they might be selling mead at this Saturday’s City Market. I’d love to try it!

Okay, I read that at first as "Fox Hill Meandery" (I don’t think "meandery" is a word, but I doubt that would stop some not-so clever developer…), and I thought you were making fun of the name, saying that it sounds delicious, and I was like, "Good joke, Ash," and then I realized it’s very early and maybe I should just drink some more coffee.
