“Business purchase” means that you’re buying the brand and licenses and equipment and merch but *not* the building, right? If that price included a building in downtown Black Moutain it would be a pretty crazy deal!
Don’t the same folks own the Asheville and Hendersonville locations …
are they for sale as well, or just the one in BM?
If they’re just attempting to sell the BM location one wonders why… if it’s the money maker they claim.
I’d like to know how they make any money, only working 15 hours a week.
The implication is that even almost fully staffed by outside employees, the location makes money. If an owner-operator (especially a couple) takes over a significant percentage of those compensated hours, they can make more money because they’ll keep a larger share of the profits. That assumes that the owners can’t make *more* money using their time in some other way, of course . . .
