Favilla’s New York Pizza in Asheville adding dining room to Patton Ave. location

Favilla’s New York Pizza has begun renovation work to add a dining room to its 1093 Patton Ave. location near the intersection with Leicester Highway. The family owned pizza joint is telling the story via Facebook. A few entries:

Nov. 15

The process has begun. Contractor, Daniel Martin, and my Dad met today. Measurements will be taken tomarrow. Brad from Big City Tattoo is starting his renovation to move over, and within the next 2 weeks, our new side of the resturant will be ready to start. Very exciting for all of us. We will take pictures as everything progresses. Thank you for all your love and support, and have a great weekend.

Happy Thursday facebook. Heres alittle update on our progress: Brad from Big City Tattoo is moved over completeiy, and by this weekend or the beginning of next week, Mischa will be moved over. Our contractor, Daniel Martin has everything rolling on permits, and Dad is ready to go… No pictures yet, because there is nothing to show to all of you as of right now. As soon as construction begins, I will have something to show. We are still planning for a January 16th opening, as long as everything keeps falling into place. We are excited, and ready for this big step for us as well as all of you. Thank you again for the continuing support. Have a great rest of the week, and weekend.
