Construction for the Aloft Hotel and City Parking Garage located at 51 Biltmore Avenue is scheduled to begin on March 21.
A community drop-in meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 17 to meet the general contractor for the Aloft Hotel and City Parking Garage to be constructed at 51 Biltmore Avenue. The meeting will be held at the City of Asheville Public Works Building at 161 South Charlotte Street, Room A109.
Questions about the projects such as work schedule, interim parking, street closures, construction staging and storage will be answered and all stakeholders are encouraged to attend. City staff will be available to answer questions specific to the City Parking Garage.
