This is Tim. I was wondering if you could post word about the no cover/all ages Parlours & Canby show at Craggie Brewing Co. this Friday (11/12) night from 8-10pm.
Parlours is an “indie-folk-pop” band fresh on the scene in Des Moines, IA, one of the only female-fronted acts currently in the city. They just got signed with Aqui Estamos Records in Raleigh and plan on frequenting Asheville with their wonderful tunes (debut EP to be released in the next couple months).
This is their first tour in the southeast and I think Asheville should give them a warm welcome, also warming up Craggie for the big one-year anniversary next week! And yes, the wonderful front woman, Dana Halferty, just so happens to be my girlfriend.
