From loyal reader Jenn:
So here is the basic info, I hope it’s not too much to sort through:
-Thursday, May 5th at Asheville Pizza and Brewing on Merrimon Ave. Doors open at 10 A.M. and the movie starts promptly at 10:30 A.M.
-celebrating the International Day of the Midwife
-free but donations greatly appreciated. monetary donations going to NCFOM (North Carolina Friends of Midwives) donations of homebirth supplies will be sent directly to Bumi Sehat (the birth center in Bali featured in the movie)
-oh and quiet children and nursing babies welcome but there is footage of actual birth and other intense scenes, so parental discretion advised. 🙂
-and you can include my email address if anyone has any questions: jennmccormack@bellsouth.net

Not sure if Asheville Pizza was the best location for this movie….eating food during a live birth on the big screen? Check, please!
