Caring for Children, WNC leading advocates for abused and neglected children, today announces that its 2nd annual fundraising gala, Moulin Rouge, will be held at the Crowne Plaza Exposition center on February 12 with cocktail reception starting at 7PM.
This year’s gala will celebrate the international flare of the famed Moulin Rouge. The event designers Barrett and Lauri Nichols of AVL Event Planning will create the theme of Bollywood including belly-dancing performances by Lisa Zahiya and Bala and music from around the world performed by the River Guerguerian Project with special guest Kat Williams.
Guests will have the opportunity to bid on silent and live auctions including weekend getaways, Fine Art and Handcrafted furniture. Tickets are available for purchase at www.caring4children.org for $75per person or $5,000 for a VIP Loft for that will include security and private server so you will not miss any of the action.
Caring for Children hopes to build on last year’s successful Gala, a night that saw more than 500 attendees and raised more than $50,000 for the organization.
