WLOSers have always flaunted the law when it comes to parking wherever they go. For some reason, they think that damn camera gives them the right to pull up on curbs right at a front door, or, in this case, ignore a parking meter. Hey WLOSers, stop breaking the law and pay up like everybody else.
You see that thing in the foreground? That’s called a – say it with me – “parking meter.” You walk up to it and you put small change into it. Nickels and dimes and quarters. Got it?

Lawman – the only day you may park downtown for free is Sunday. You still have to pay on Saturday. So, yes, if they were parked at a meter on Saturday and didn’t pay, they were breaking a law.
I bet you were a hall monitor in school.
Just a heads up, there is free parking downtown on weekends. If the car was parked there on Saturday, then I believe they did nothing wrong. However, if the car was there before 6pm on Friday, then yes, its breaking the law and a slap in all of our faces.
Ash, WLOS is not really breaking the law and getting away with it, if the police wanted to give them a ticket, they can. WLOS has paid its fair share of parking tickets. P.S. You try lugging their gear around for a day.
dave, the meter was on read at the start of the basketball game, and it was red 45 minutes later at the game’s halftime. you’ll find many cars parked in front of an expired meter on any given day, but none with a WLOS logo on the side.
So, did you see them just pull up and not pay, or had the meter run out? How many other cars will you find parked in front of an expired meter on any given weekday?
