Big Crafty Maker Showcase is Thursday, Big Crafty follows on Sunday in Asheville

The first ever Big Crafty Maker Showcase is set for Thursday, an event that offers fans an up-close look at several artists who are veterans of the Big Crafty event, which celebrates local artists and makers.

Justin Raybuck and Brandy Bourne stage this event, and they do a great job. (The two own Horse + Hero, a shop that also features local art.) The Big Crafty is set for Sunday in downtown Asheville. Check it.

Here’s the blurb from the Big Crafty Maker Showcase on FB:

We’re excited to announce the Big Crafty Maker Showcase on Thursday night, December 3, at the side-by-side headquarters of two crafty veterans and cornerstones of the local creative community: 7 Ton Co.. and Woolly Press, Inc..

It’s a great opportunity to pull back the curtain, meet the artists in a relaxed environment and see all that their studios have to offer. Consider it a warm up for Saturday’s Big Crafty.

Enjoy live demos and craft beer from our friends at Fonta Flora Brewery from 6:30-8:30pm at 178 Westwood Place in West Asheville.
