Mike Hosey is a local entrepreneur and founder of HighGear USA, Inc, an outdoor company that manufactures specialized electronic accessories. Hosey, his wife Cyndi, and partners Kenny and Kathy Jackson recognized a market for an alternative that is healthy and anti-aging, yet still provides those with a sun penchant the glow of an outdoor excursion.  

With a grand opening slated for Saturday, January 29th, the business partners are premiering Asheville’s first custom airbrush tanning studio, Bella Solé. Offering a spa-like atmosphere and affordable one-on-one custom sessions, Bella Solé Studio brings to Asheville from Beverly Hills the world-renowned Infinity Sun airbrush tanning system- an environmentally friendly, carbon-neutral choice among the celebrity elite. In addition, they will offer an organic skincare line of lotions and sunscreens found only in the finest spas and boutiques. “Our intent was to be very deliberate in separating ourselves from the typical tanning salons and industry”, says partner Mike Hosey “We wanted to achieve a personalized approach for each client while providing a upscale environment. It is very gratifying to see people so pleased with the end result.”

Bella Solé Studio strives to give their clients the most relaxing experience possible by offering a lounge and hospitality area, which includes accommodating groups for special occasions.  They also offer the unique option of a mobile service that travels directly to your location.  A public grand opening will be held Saturday, January 29th from 5- 7pm.  Visitors will be treated to demonstrations, samples of sunscreen and enhancer products, as well as food and beverage.
