Ashvegas giveaway: Two tickets to the Asheville Bravo Concerts show of Dublin Philharmonic

Share

I’ve got two tickets to the Asheville Bravo Concerts-sponsored performance of the Dublin Philharmonic Orchestra at 7:30 p.m. on Sat., Jan. 31 (tomorrow). The philharmonic is conducted by Derek Gleeson.

These two tickets are great seats that you’d normally pay something like $45 each for.

I’m giving the tickets away right now to first person who can tell me something about another famous Dubliner, Sinead O’Connor:

In 1992, O’Connor was the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, and during her performance of Bob Marley’s War, she created a storm of controversy when she held up a picture of what famous world figure during her song?

Be the first to name the famous world figure that O’Connor held up a picture of during her 1992 Saturday Night Live performance, and you’ll get the tickets.

In the meantime, patronize the Asheville Bravo Concerts series. The organization has been around forever in Asheville, bringing world-class performance art to Asheville. Chall, thank you for the donation.
