Asheville dog Jack Dog wins national Iams competition

Hi Jason, thought this might be of interest…my best pal’s dog, Jack Dog, won the “My Iams Dog Challenge.” You may have seen the segment on WLOS with John Le, complete with puns, of course. His owner, Brandy Clements of West Asheville found the contest while looking to download a coupon. She entered him, and long story short, he was chosen the winner. There were nearly 7,000 dogs entered. He is pictured on a limited edition Iams bag now in stores across the country. The Iams Company hired all locals to do the photoshoot. 

He’s an awesome dog; we’ve traveled the country with him and he seems to get famous whereever we are. He’s pretty well known over here in West Asheville…hanging out at Hops and Vines, the Bakery, the Pub and Sunny Point.

I attached a picture of Jack with his bag. He’s 11 now, but was 10 when he won.
