Here’s the press release:

On July 28, 2011 Captain Jeff Bowen lost his life while fighting a 4 alarm fire at 445 Biltmore Ave. Captain Bowen was a dedicated firefighter and family man and in his absence efforts are being taken to support his family both financially and emotionally. A website has been initiated to sell t-shirts honoring Captain Jeff Bowen. 100% of the proceeds from www.captainjeffbowen.com  will go to the Bowen Family. You can show your support by purchasing a t-shirt or by donating. For more information regarding this website, please contact 828-259-5636.

I think it is Asheville T-shirt shop Image 420 that’s making the T-shirts.
