A new restaurant has created lots of local buzz: Seven Sows Bourbon & Larder, the coming-soon restaurant from the local foodie supergroup of Michael Moore of Blind Pig and the Admiral, Jason Caughman of Pisgah Brewing and Adam Bannasch of Zambra.

Seven Sows is slated to open in February 2013 in the former site of Baja Cantina, next to Mamacita’s downtown.

And according to a Craigslist post, they’re hiring:

Seven Sows Bourbon & Larder is now collecting resumes for our team in 2013. We are seeking passionate, motivated individuals that love great food and have an outstanding and professional work ethic. We are looking for individuals serious about food. Resumes will be collected for the following positions:

Dinner Line Cook
Brunch Line Cook
Barback
Hostess
Lead Server
Server
Dishwasher

Will your chef recommend you? Then your resume goes to the front of the line. We are seeking experienced line cooks only for a unique American/Southern Cuisine concept- we seek a good work history, attention to detail, excellent techniques and cooking skill, ‘will do attitude’, and good work habits.
