Check out these photos of last week’s opening party at the new Green Sage Cafe in Westgate Shopping Center. The restaurant, the work of co-owners Randy Talley and Roger Derrough, is the third Green Sage in Asheville. The owners have set the standard for local restaurants in terms of environmentally friendly and sustainable business practices, and they have plans to take their concept to a regional, and even national, audience.
