From The Business on Facebook:

Join us and friends this Wednesday night for an impromptu dance party as we help our friends at the beautiful, new Isis Restaurant and Music Hall, break in their sound system, stage, lights and dance floor!

The Business is a party band for hire, playing jazz, blues and classic rock. From their Facebook page:

The Business is a dance band primarily with other strengths in vocal and instrumental jazz, blues and classic rock. Set lists are always customized to your needs and never stale or insensitive to the environment at hand. The Business is as professional as the name implies. We communicate at length with the client before the event to ensure the greatest possibility of success. Don’t be fooled by the name though. We are in the business of making people dance and at ease. The atmosphere created by this band is electric. If the word “Party” comes to mind when you think of your special event, then look no further than The Business.

9 p.m. – 11 p.m. at the Isis, 743 Haywood Road in West Asheville (former Pastabilities).
Fun at the Isis continues with Claire Lynch on Dec. 7.
