Nintendo scored a marketing hit at Bele Chere with a couple of pimped out minivans and SUVs. At least, I think that’s what they were. There were so many video screens packed into the vehicles that I couldn’t really tell. Anyway, this little guy was having a blast.

Kids and grown-ups alike thrilled at playing NBA Street 3 and some version of a Mario game I’d never seen before. Oh, and there was a boxing game that looked pretty cool, too. We at Ashvegas are big-time fans of video games, and this set-up rocked.

There was a big screen in the back of each vehicle, plus four screens in the main part of the vehicle – two flip-downs in front, two in back. There were a couple of hand-held games hooked somehow to the outside front of the van. For one game, the controller was a set of little bongo drum-looking things.

Loved it. Bele Chere should have a video game tournament.
