Creatures Cafe is located at 81 Patton Avenue. Here’s the info bb:

We offer an exciting and vibrant atmosphere. An alternative to ordinary nightlife. Our desire is for our customers to feel free to express themselves in a non threatening, alcohol free environment, listening and dancing to great music, enjoying a “mocktail”, and engaging in stimulating conversations. …

Creatures Café provides entertainment to young adults, and is an exciting and vibrant atmosphere that is an alternative to an ordinary nightclub.

Come and enjoy The Lounge. Drink our Pura Vida coffee and taste the goodness. Not only does our coffee taste good, it also does good around the world, by helping the farmers who grow the beans earn a decent income, and provide water filters to communities, so they too can have clean water. Come and have a slice of cheesecake made fresh by our friends at Troyers Amish Country Blatz in Fairview, or taste our our incredible “share plates” with your favorite best friend.

Are you coming to experience the fun? Start at The Bar and pick up a ”mocktail” our awesome alcohol free drinks that will put you in the mood for dancing. Rather take a chance at a soda? We offer a variety of unique soft drinks not found anywhere else.

Want to dance? Try The Venue Thursdays through Saturdays starting at 9pm. We bring you great entertainment. We will mix it up with DJ’s, bands and other acts. Always check our calendar of events for the latest news.  …

As well as serving delicious coffee, mocktails, and treats to the people coming into Creatures Cafe, we plan on building a Christian outreach network with local non-profit agencies, churches, and volunteers in the area to commit to the needs of the community.

Within Creatures Cafe we will offer people the opportunity to explore Christianity through various courses such as the Alpha Course, be able to engage in conversation, and ask the tough questions about life, in a comfortable and open atmosphere.

Other projects Creatures Cafe plans on spearheading are local “street cleaning parties”, free concerts in the park, and creating a “volunteers needed” job board to connect volunteers with people with a specific need, such as car repair, lawn maintenance, baby sitting, etc. Creatures Cafe also plans to work with other nonprofit organizations in the area that are offering direct needs to the community. In addition, all tips collected at Creatures Cafe will go to a different local non-profit organization each month.

Sounds like another way for the Christians to fill your orifices with more nonsense…a dance club…a christian one? Ha! Good luck with that!

There's also a great Artist Group that meets at Creatures now on Monday Nights at 7pm – open to all artists, musicians and creative people who want to explore the relationship between art, live, creativity and faith. You're invited!
