Grail Moviehouse, the new movie theater coming to downtown Asheville at 45 S. French Broad Ave., is quickly coming together, as this video shows. Check it.

Steve White and Davida Horwitz announced earlier this year that they were planning to open a theater inside the same building that is already home to Hopey and Co. grocery (formerly Amazing Savings), The Downtown Market, and Sly Grog Lounge. A new brewery is also planned for the location.

The Grail Moviehouse will have two screens and seat 250 in 4,500 square feet of space. The theater expects to open next year. It will screen indy flicks, classics, documentaries, foreign films and local projects.

Yeah! I hope the seats are super comfy and that there’s some loveseat/ couch like options.

    Looking forward to the opening.
