Blue_Ridge_Biscuit_CompanyLoyal reader Robyn Josephs recently posted a link to the Blue Ridge Biscuit Company on the Ashvegas FB page. There are few details. Sounds like they might specialize in gluten-free biscuits, but we’ll have to wait and see. The address for Blue Ridge Biscuit Co. is listed as 106 State Street. Stay tuned for more.

    the owner is the head baker at Fresh wood fired Pizza in Black Mt and they do a great gluten free crust- as well as vegan options!
    Tom, the owner is also involved.
