Country music superstar Reba McEntire was spotted dining at Sunny Point Cafe in West Asheville last week.

Cafe general manager Michelle Alexander confirmed the Friday sighting, adding that everybody played it cool. Reba ordered soup and salad, according to Alexander.

McEntire posted a photo of herself, her son Shelby and his dog, Watson, on her Instagram account on Friday (no location noted, though some folks have said it was Odd’s Cafe, also on Haywood Road) with the following caption:

My grandson, Watson, was a very good puppy yesterday during breakfast and my visit with Shelby.

Shelby Blackstock is a Nashville-based race car driver. He’s the son of Reba and her ex-husband, Narvel Blackstock.

Reba’s got a lot going on these days. She just won a Grammy Award for her gospel album Sing It Now: Songs of Faith & Hope. And she revealed that she has a new boyfriend, Anthony “Skeeter” Lasuzzo, when the two walked the red carpet before the ceremony.

Reba’s also been making headlines for her role as Col. Sanders in a new series of KFC commercials. She’s the first female Col. Sanders, and her campaign is centered around the fast food chain’s new Smoky Mountain BBQ fried chicken. The ad campaign launched on Super Bowl Sunday.
