Here’s the info:

Rad Fest is designed to be an annual art-music festival in the R.A.D. that will feature some of Asheville’s most beloved artists, and naturally will highlight proponents of Asheville’s vast and impressive ambient/drone scene. Also performing, are artists that frequently visit Asheville, or that are appropriate for inclusion in the family of artists this event intends to organize, or solidify. In short, Rad Fest will feature the truly radical of Asheville, radical in the best sense of the word, and not necessarily a philosophical reference (naturally).

Event Details:

Rad Fest will be a dual-venue event on Saturday Aug. 25 at The Grey Eagle and Phil Mechanic Studios. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 the day of the event. Tickets will be available to purchase at The Grey Eagle and on their website, at Harvest Records, Orbit DVD, and from the organizers personally.
